Why won’t my game load completely?
Patrons using the latest versions of Google Chrome (v.59 and v.60) may experience an issue in which a ‘loading’ bar stays on their screen. This is due to Google Chrome blocking the plugin for Flash, which is used to display our games on site.
What can I do about it?
This issue is only occurring on the latest versions of Google Chrome. At this time, you may want to access the site from an older version of Google Chrome, or a different web browser such as FireFox, Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge (if you are a Windows user), or Safari (if you are a Mac user).

How do I load games on Google Chrome?
When you have logged into your account and selected ‘Play Now’ on any game, you may see a message showing that a plugin has been blocked, to the right of an icon that resembles a jigsaw puzzle piece. You will need to click the puzzle piece icon, which will reveal a message that “The following plug-ins were blocked on this page: Adobe Flash Player”. Just beneath this, there is an option to “Run all plug-ins this time”. Please click this, select “Finished” and refresh your page by holding the CTRL key on your keyboard and tapping the F5 key. If you see the ‘plug-ins were blocked’ message again, simply click “Run all plug-ins this time” once more and click “Finished”. Your game should now load!
We thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.
